Rates for 2017
Note: Short breaks are for a minimum of 3 nights.

Bookings and Payment
A deposit of £50 is required to secure a reservation and must be received within seven days of the provisional booking being made, the balance to be paid at least six weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the holiday date the full amount must be paid on booking.
If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Health and Safety
Smoking is not permitted within the cottage.
The cottage is provided on the understanding that guests use it at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by actions outside our control or for loss of/damage to possessions.
Arrival and Departure
The cottage will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Other times by arrangement.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome, but because of insurance issues we would ask you to restrict the number to two people at any one time, departing before 12 midnight. Please advise us in advance if you are expecting visitors.
Damaged or Missing Items
We ask that good care be taken of the property, its fixtures, fittings and contents. Please let us know if any items shown on the inventory are missing and/or damaged. Please leave the cottage as clean and tidy as possible.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel the booking the following scale of charges will apply, to be recovered from the payment received:

These charges reflect potential lost rental income and associated administrative costs.
In the event that we find another client for the designated period then we will return your payment less a 10% administration fee.
